Below I have listed what I think we need help with for the event to be a success. Please send me a note via our contact page to let me know if you have some more ideas or might be able to help out in an area below and I will put your name(s) next to the item. Thanks!

Volunteer Areas:

• Games: Bring games and set them up for kids if necessary.
     - John Young - kite, frisbee, nerf football, and paddle ball
     - Deborah Stout - horse shoes, 2 airplanes, frisbee
• Family Genealogy Representatives: I could use a few people to be available at the reunion to collect pictures, help take some pictures and write down stories and info collected for our surnames. These volunteers will then pass this information along to me to add to our site and update the archives. (Cheryl Young but need 1 more person)
• Desserts/Food/Drinks: Besides the drinks we plan to provide for all a few have expressed a desire to bring food/desserts so here is who has planned on doing that...
     - Barb Whiz' - a dessert
     - Deborah Stout - a dessert, possibly fried chicken, ham and other?
     - Dot Brents - Lemonade, coffee, water, other?
• Reunion Building Sign and 3 Street Signs: - Julie Young
• Reunion Street Balloons: - Dot and family
• Tablecloths, Napkins, Paper Plates, Silverware, Paper Towels: - Dot and Herman Brents, and Deborah to get paper goods at Sams.
• Building Prep: - Doug and Deborah Stout, Herman and Dot cleaning and yard work if necessary.
• Name Tags: Table of name tags with pens for people to fill in - Dot has tags, may need someone to help man the table.
• Newspaper: Reunion announcement in the Petit Jean Country Headlight and the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. - John {done}
• Fans/Tables/Chairs: Dot mentioned she will have this taken care of, but if you think you can provide anything please contact her here.
• Laptop/Scanner:  John is bringing these and Cheryl Young is bringing her laptop
• Family Tree (Carter and Stout):  John is bringing a copy of this information both digitally and hard copy to update and view
• TV: Dot bringing her 19" tv and VCR
